The need of the skilled workers in future is rapidly increasing in India and worldwide. Forecasting this motive, Govt. of India and our state giving more emphasis by starting more Industrial Training Institutes and new trades to compete with world market of explosive changes. Our first and foremost aim is to create skilled workers with excellent technical aptitude in this modern world.
Technical Education has been the backbone of the industries and it continues to be so., this empowers them to develop their self-esteem, self-awareness& confidence. Sharing ideas, analyzing situations & expressing them confidently are essential skills, which are owned here, through experimental learning.
Govt ITI Perumbakkam located in Perumbakkam village, a rural area at Chengalpat District in Tamilnadu, mainly for development of the people in theTNSCB Quarters. We at Government ITI Perumbakkam are committed to the process of training for youth to the standards needed by the Industries. In order to stand up to the latest trends and technology.
I am proud to lead a bunch of dedicated well-trained staff members committed to our vision “Youth Empowerment through Vocational Training”. The Institute Management Committee has done a constructive role in leading this institute to success.

The aim of Government ITI Perumbakkam is to provide qualitative and quantitative skilled workers in various industries and also provide training to become an entrepreneur. We are committed to provide the best academic and competitive training through providing specially designed training programs; faculty and support staff to update knowledge and sharpen the skills of the trainees and enhance trainee’s satisfaction through a quality management system which registers continual improvement by setting and reviewing quality objectives.
